My husband and I stayed at La Banne. We were made so comfortable by Neil and David who were superb hosts. The B and B room is very spacious and is extremely private with its own entrance. Small but perfectly formed bathroom, a seating area with coffee etc. A number of lovely windows from which you have perfect uninterrupted views across the countryside. You have a lot of your own private space. Belves is very walkable (uphill on the way there) and it had some great bars and restaurants and proper French market. Hugely recommend it for a tranquil break with the choice for utter peace or a walk to the village for lunch with wine and a easy 15 walk back.
